Bigga Tovo is a Malagasy rapper, born in April 1983 in Fianarantsoa Madagascar. Having grown up in the Madagascan capital, he came under the increasing influence of urban culture in the early 90's and became interested in hip-hop music from 11 years old. Bigga Tovo eventually integrate the Antananarivo rapper's crew "Karnaz" in 1996, with whom he recorded his first verse in the song "Tsabo sivy" in 1997. Bigga Tovo is also a founder of "Parsy Klan" Fianarantsoa in 1999, and is part of possee "Dadlah" with Ben-J (Dahopp) and Quincy (Deggam'tse). With the group "Karnaz" they released their first album "Zao Zay" in 2003, and the second "Ghetto Class" in 2009. Bigga Tovo released his first solo project "Kolotsaina Mainty" in 2007, and currently is preparing the release of his new mixtape "Butu Radio Vol.1" soon to be released for free download on the internet.
